REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS

QuickFlyer follows a customer-centric return policy in accordance with applicable laws in India. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be processed beyond this window.

To initiate a return, you must provide valid proof of purchase such as an invoice, order confirmation email, or receipt.

Important: Please refrain from sending the product back to the manufacturer. Returns must be coordinated directly with QuickFlyer through our official communication channels.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Returns shall be subject to the following conditions:

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Books exhibiting clear signs of usage or wear.
  • Opened packages of CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Products not returned in their original condition, packaging, or those that are damaged or missing components not attributable to QuickFlyer's error.
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day return window.

We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product and approve or deny refund eligibility based on our inspection.

REFUND PROCESS

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will receive an acknowledgment via email regarding the status of your refund—whether approved or rejected.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit card, Debit card, Net banking, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund within the stipulated timeframe:

  1. Re-check your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your payment provider or credit card company, as delays in posting refunds may occur.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often internal processing time before the amount is credited.
